Save the Date: Martin Luther King Day Celebration - January 18, 2010


The John F. Kennedy High School Students of Promise, in partnership with State Senator Nina Turner and Cleveland City Councilman Terrell Pruitt, presents The Second Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration.

Theme: The Fierce Urgency of Now

"We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there is such a thing as being too late." ~ Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Keynote address by Ginn Academy Founder & Executive Director Ted Ginn, Sr.

12:00 noon; Doors open to the public at 11:00am
